PROJECT #100DAYS – DAYS 2 and 3

The momentum to jog has been so up lately. It is actually one thing I look forward to every single day. Yesterday (Day 2), I reduced my jog to 15 minutes only since my wisdom tooth was really aching. 

Some 15 minutes is better than staying on bed. Everyday, I don’t run out of reasons why I should get up and beat laziness. When I look at the mirror, I don’t like what I see. I know I look better without extra pounds and skin.

24th of July 2017 – Day 2

FOOD (Day 2)


Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs (medium)

Lunch : 1 cup rice and 6 pieces of sausages

Dinner : Steamed Veg momos and fresh strawberry juice


FOOD (Day 3)


Breakfast : Chickpeas 

Lunch : 1 cup rice and 6 pieces of sausages

Dinner : 2 boiled eggs (medium)


Tonight, I shall be having 30-minute jog again. Help me!
